About Groove Fitness
Groove Fitness is a feel-good, disco-inspired dance workout for people who want to stay active, have fun, and feel connected. Whether you’ve been dancing for decades or just like to move to a good tune, you’re welcome here.
Each one-hour class includes a warm-up, about 15 easy-to-follow routines, and plenty of room to freestyle and go at your own pace. There’s no pressure—just rhythm, smiles, and a little sweat.
We groove to the classics of disco and soul, from feel-good anthems to funky floor-fillers. It’s low-impact, high-joy fitness designed for every age and ability.
